This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued on the MSB Carrom Pool platform.
1. No Refund on Game Entry Fees
- All entry fees paid for joining any match or contest are non-refundable once the game begins or has been completed.
- This includes both real-money contests and bonus matches.
2. Refunds for Technical Errors
A refund may be processed only under the following conditions:
- If the game fails to start due to server error after entry fee is deducted.
- If your funds are deducted but the match was not joined due to a system issue.
- If a transaction fails during deposit or withdrawal, but the amount was debited.
To claim, send an email to support@msbcarrompool.com within 24 hours of the issue with:
- Registered mobile number
- Match ID / Transaction ID
- Screenshot of the issue
3. Disconnection During Gameplay
MSB Carrom Pool is not responsible for refunds due to:
- Internet failure
- Device crash
- Low battery or incoming calls
- Any other user-side technical issue
Players are advised to ensure a stable connection and sufficient battery before joining matches.
4. Bonus Amounts
- Bonus or promotional credits cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.
- These may only be used to join eligible contests and have an expiry date.
5. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days to the original source of payment or your in-app wallet.
6. Right to Deny Refunds
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- Repeated refund claims without valid cause may result in account suspension.
